What I've Learned This Year by Mr.McCling

McCling's essay was outstanding. It gives newcoming teachers a lot to think about. I like how said not to miss out on the important aspect of teacher, which the children's comprehension. he also pointed out how teachers need to be flexible, communicate, and reasonable. He also talked about how teachers should listen to their students. I love how he ran the listen tool home stating they the teacher may be the only one listening. Agian i really enjoyed Mr. Mcclung's essay.
